Sni A Bar Vineyard & Trading Co. started with a simple idea: if you're going to grow food and wine, do it where the soil actually wants it. That's why we're rooted right here on Sni-A-Bar Road — far enough from the noise to focus on quality, close enough to Wellington to share it.
We run a small vineyard, a proper bakery, and a trading counter stocked with local groceries you won't find in a supermarket. Everything moves slowly by design. The wine ferments. The bread proofs. The produce waits for its season.
